Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Zynnode, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use Zynnode on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Service
Zynnode provides tools for connecting repositories, configuring cloud providers, running deployments, viewing logs, and managing related project settings. We may update, improve, limit, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service over time.
Accounts and Security
You are responsible for your account, credentials, workspace members, connected providers, and activity under your account.
- Use accurate account information and keep your login secure.
- Only connect repositories and cloud accounts you are authorized to use.
- Notify us if you believe your account or provider connection has been compromised.
Cloud Provider Access
When you connect a cloud provider, you authorize Zynnode to perform deployment-related actions for the projects and targets you configure. You remain responsible for provider costs, permissions, quotas, and resources created in your cloud account.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Zynnode to violate laws, compromise systems, mine credentials, disrupt networks, abuse platform limits, or deploy content you do not have rights to use.
Billing
Paid plans, if applicable, are billed according to the plan terms shown at purchase. Cloud provider charges are separate and are billed by the provider directly.
Intellectual Property
You retain rights to your code, content, and project data. Zynnode retains rights to the platform, software, design, documentation, and product experience.
Termination
You may stop using Zynnode at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if required by law, security risk, nonpayment, abuse, or violation of these terms.
