Information We Collect

We collect information needed to create accounts, operate deployments, provide support, process billing, and improve Zynnode.

• Account information such as name, email address, authentication provider, and profile details.
• Google user data, when you choose to sign in with Google or connect a Google Cloud account, such as your Google account identifier, email address, profile information, OAuth authorization details, and Google Cloud project or connection metadata needed to provide the requested integration.
• Project and deployment metadata such as repository names, branches, build configuration, logs, and deployment status.
• Cloud connection metadata needed to configure supported deployment targets.
• Usage and diagnostic data that helps us understand reliability, performance, and product behavior.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide the product, authenticate users, deploy projects, troubleshoot failures, communicate with customers, and protect the platform.

Google User Data

Zynnode uses Google user data only to provide the Google-facing features you request, such as Google sign-in, account authentication, and Google Cloud connection and deployment workflows. We do not use Google user data for advertising, retargeting, selling data, determining creditworthiness, or training generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models. Zynnode's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information or Google user data. We may share, transfer, or disclose personal information, including Google user data where necessary, only with service providers that help us operate Zynnode, such as hosting, analytics, payments, support, authentication, security, and cloud infrastructure providers; when you direct us to connect or deploy through an integrated cloud provider; to protect against fraud, abuse, or security threats; to comply with law or enforce legal rights; or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets subject to appropriate protections. These recipients may process data only for the purposes we authorize and may not use Google user data for their own advertising or unrelated purposes.

Data Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal data. No system is perfect, but we design Zynnode to limit unnecessary access and keep sensitive information separated from ordinary product data.

Data Retention

We keep personal information and Google user data for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain your account and connected projects, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and support backups or audit records. Google OAuth tokens, connection metadata, deployment records, and related logs are retained while your account or the relevant integration remains active, unless a shorter period is required by law or our security practices. When you disconnect a Google integration, delete a project, delete your account, or ask us to delete your data, we delete or de-identify the related Google user data unless retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, backup, or audit purposes. Backup copies are removed through our normal backup expiration cycle.

Your Choices and Deletion Requests

You can stop future access to Google user data by disconnecting the Google integration in Zynnode or revoking Zynnode's access from your Google Account permissions page. You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal information and Google user data by contacting hey@zynnode.com. We may need to verify your account before completing a request, and we will explain if we must retain limited information for legal, security, fraud-prevention, backup, or audit reasons.
